While the Minnesota Legislature is in session there are often bills that people involved in the court process may care about.  From time to time I will have postings here about what is going on and maybe even what the Minnesota State Bar Association Family Law Section Legislation Committee is thinking of it.  You may be wanting to express an opinion to the Committee or to your legislators.
