Initial Client Meeting Agenda

1)     Client arrives at the office and completes an intake form for purposes of conflicts screening and marketing data tracking.

2)     Client meets with attorney:
        a) Discussion of client's most pressing issues.
        b) Discussion of client's safety and security if not previously discussed.
        c) Discussion of the claims, issues, defenses, process and law identified for client and briefly what an attorney may do to
            help.
        d) Discussion generally of the costs and fees which may be associated with your case.
        e) Discussion of how we charge and billing protocols expected by the firm.
        f)  Client is offered the opportunity to hire us immediately or to go home and return on another date to sign a retainer
            agreement and hire us.

Regular Client Meeting:

Client arrives at office
Client meets with attorney and discusses current issues and any concerns not previously raised.
Client and Attorney plan the next activity and schedule the next attorney client meeting.

Billing Meetings:
Billing meetings are
readily available upon request.  There is no charge for billing meetings where only issues of billing are discussed.
Note:  We do not value high pressure sales and do not engage in salesmanship in our attorney client free initial case evaluations.  We seek for you to have a comfortable and reasoned decision as to hiring us, as well as for deciding issues in your case.  Cases often build to a point of pressure for a client, without your attorneys adding more pressure and stress for you.  We seek to help you avoid that type of decision where you do not have the information needed or the time needed to make an informed and reasoned decision.

Your attorney client relationship is created when there has been a conflicts screening (to assure that we have not represented another person interested in your case) and you have signed a Retainer Agreement and paid the retainer fee.

Please refrain from sending any information by e-mail which you could consider confidential or private.

We take the time to care about you.
