After Care Program at the Law Office of Glen A. Norton
No attorney can guarantee the results of a case. We can still stand behind our work.
At the Law Office of Glen A. Norton we have what we call an aftercare program for all past clients in good standing. To qualify a client simply must abide by all of the terms of the fee agreement.
This After Care Program qualifies a client to one free half hour consultation per calendar year in which we will review the status of the case and determine if any further things can be done to make matters better. If there are things that you can do yourself we till discuss them and tell you how do go about doing them. If you need help we will be able to assist. A new fee agreement will be required for us to undertake further work.
The After Care Program also currently includes the enhanced after care of our team of professionals who will help you to land on your feet in a time of life change. With the client’s advance authorization these professionals will be able to discuss your issues with our attorneys as needed and formulate a strategy that will fit your unique situation.
The fees for these professionals will be at the rates they set and are not paid by or through the attorney’s office. We receive no compensation, commission or payments from these professionals who are members of our after care program. They carry their own liability insurance and will work with you independent of The Law Office of Glen A. Norton. They are people we believe to be reputable and they have undergone a background and reference check. We do not guarantee their work in any way. We also reserve the right to change the team members from time to time as conditions warrant.
